Outstanding Performance Award Winners

The Outstanding Performance Award is given to educators with 3 or more years of employment. These educators have propelled the program to the highest level. They exceed their targets and impact goals and have firmly established partnerships with organizations serving EFNEP audiences. They are excellent teachers who engage with participants making learning fun.

This year we honor three winners:

 

Amanda Bobley of Wake County

Amanda Bobley is nominated for the Outstanding Performance Award because of her perseverance and dedication to teaching others. She is admired and respected by her partners, coworkers, and supervisors. She understands the importance of preparing herself to provide quality nutrition education that results in positive impacts and behavior change among her participants. Congratulations, Amanda!

Lynnell Godfrey of Pasquotank County

Lynnell Godfrey, Youth EFNEP Educator in Pasquotank County, is determined, resilient and creative in her programming and community outreach efforts. She exceeded her enrollment and also has positive outcomes and impact indicators, which are a testament to her skill as an educator. Lynnell is deserving of this award because she has a proven track record of success and has demonstrated dedication to supporting the community in which she serves.

Nitasha is a dedicated professional and stands out for her exceptional performance. She consistently exceeds expectations with passion, creativity, and precision, driving the program's success.
