Jamie whipped up a berry smoothie, demonstrating how easy it is to create a quick, nutritious snack using simple ingredients. The recipe was a hit: a colorful mix of frozen strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries combined with creamy, strawberry yogurt and a splash of apple grape juice. This sweet combination not only tasted great but also provided a delicious way to incorporate a serving of fruit into their day. For these young students, the lesson became a memorable experience. They realized that making something healthy can be easy, fun, and most importantly, it tastes great!
