N.C. Cooperative Extension started the year with a bang at the State Extension Conference in Greensboro, NC. Employees from across the state gathered to connect, learn, and grow. Attendees gained knowledge on a wide variety of topics including classroom management, storytelling, navigating conflict, local foods, artificial intelligence, accessibility, youth development, food security and so much more!

The EFNEP team kicked off the conference off with an Awards Ceremony to highlight all the wonderful accomplishments over the past year. We were honored to gather in person to celebrate the accomplishments and hard work of all of our staff. Stay tuned for more about all of our award winners this year!

EFNEP Staff also gathered for conversations around Building Strong Community Partnerships, Staying True to our Roots, and Round Table Discussions. With staff located throughout the state it is not often that everyone can gather in the same room to share ideas. Thank you to everyone who joined in the discussions to help further support and grow EFNEP in North Carolina.
