Educators from across the state attended a training on campus yesterday to learn more about the new EFNEP curriculum - Fuel for Life. This curriculum will be taught at high schools in 8 counties this Spring. Zac Hackney from Pitt County demonstrated the Stir-Fry recipe from the curriculum lesson - Fuel with a Purpose.
Throughout the semester, staff will work Dr. Enahora, Assistant Professor and Extension Specialist, to conduct an IRB research to further evaluate and improve the curriculum.
