Collapse ▲This year’s National Health Outreach and Engagement Conference was held in Omaha, Nebraska. The conference’s theme was “Rooted in Partnerships: Growing Collaborations for Health Promotion.” Health professionals from across the country joined together to learn from experts and peers about topics such as rural health and outreach, mental health support, health engagement, chronic disease prevention, healthy food access, and more.
NC State University was well represented during the poster session, including EFNEP. Federico Planchon presented a poster on Creating Impactful Success Stories, a project he has been working on for years to help visually share the impact and tell the story of the great work EFNEP does in North Carolina.
