Over the past few months, Patty has been working to meet the diverse needs of her community, and her hard work is truly paying off.

  • Incorporating Healthier Foods: Finding tasty ways to include foods they usually avoid.
  • Proper Kitchen Cleaning: Ensuring safe and sanitary cooking environments.
  • Making Meals with Limited Ingredients: Creating nutritious meals with what’s on hand.
  • Providing Healthier Foods for their Children: Ensuring their little ones get the best start in life.Participants walking

These skills have translated into tangible achievements for many participants. Here are some of the personal goals they’ve reached:

  • Increasing Physical Activity: Walking more and incorporating more exercise.
  • More Physical Activity with Family: Engaging in activities with their children.
  • Varied Diets: Eating a wider variety of foods.
