North Carolina Cooperative Extension encompasses the two Land Grant Universities within the state. Here at NC State, we partner with our fellow Land Grant University, North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.

Although miles and counties apart, we partner with EFNEP at NC A&T to further expand the reach and mission of our program, to provide nutrition education to the citizens of North Carolina. Since 2013, NC State EFNEP has partnered with Shewana McSwain, EFNEP Nutrition Coordinator and Try Healthy Coordinator, to fulfill that mission.
