EFNEP and Steps to Health team members participated in the 2nd annual Nurses Conference on May 31st at the McKimmon Center. Stephanie Murray, Davida Julien, Kim Eshleman and Tammy Brunelle shared information about the 2 programs with more than 150 nurses from public health departments across NC.

The team was also able to highlight the EFNEP and Faithful Families partnership and the desire to expand. Many of the nurses expressed interest. The nurses were also able to make, and taste, fruit smoothies using a Blender Bike. It was a great day for everyone!
