Congratulations to Fed Planchón for receiving one of this year's CALS Award for Excellence! This university-wide award recognizes outstanding non-faculty employees who have made exceptional contributions beyond their normal job responsibilities. Winners are first selected at the college level and then have the opportunity to be recognized at the university level. This award is the most prestigious honor bestowed upon non-faculty employees.

Since joining our team in 2019, Fed has always stepped up to fill the need and find solutions to improve procedures. He is always willing to assist with departmental needs beyond his day to day work putting his multimedia, communication, and multilingual skills to use.
