This week, new EFNEP team members from Onslow and Anson counties attend a training on campus at the Dinah E. Gore Teaching and Research Kitchen. Staff learned new skills in food preparation, food demonstration, reporting, lesson planning and much more! We were fortunate to have our educator from Pitt County, Zac Hackney, join us to lead his peers through planning and preparing for food demonstrations. He made a delicious fried rice recipe utilizing local produce.
